These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Fursight platform, including customer accounts, product browsing, ordering, payment, delivery, reviews, exchanges, returns, wholesale requests, rewards, and support features.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FurSIGHT platform, including its website, customer account features, ordering services, and related functionalities. In these Terms, “FurSIGHT,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to FurSure Pet Needs and Supplies. “You” and “your” refer to the user of the platform.
By accessing or using the platform, creating an account, placing an order, or using any service available through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You may use the platform only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are below the age required by law to enter into contracts independently, you should use the platform only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. By creating an account, you agree that the information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete, that you will keep your login credentials confidential, and that you are responsible for activities that occur under your account.
We may require email verification, OTP verification, password reset, or other security checks before granting or restoring access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that contain false information, appear fraudulent, violate these Terms, or pose security or operational risks.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not damage, disrupt, or interfere with the platform or other users. You must not:
We strive to present accurate product names, descriptions, prices, branch availability, and promotional details. However, errors, delays, or inaccuracies may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors in product information, pricing, stock, or promotions at any time.
When you place an order through the platform, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items subject to availability, verification, and acceptance by us.
You are responsible for ensuring that your order details are complete and accurate, including selected items, quantity, branch, delivery address, and payment method.
We may reject, cancel, or limit orders when necessary, including in cases involving inaccurate account or order information, suspected fraud or abuse, duplicate or suspicious transactions, pricing or stock errors, failed payment, or operational or technical issues.
All prices displayed on the platform are in Philippine Peso unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and product details may change without prior notice. In the event of a pricing, stock, or system error, we may cancel or refuse the affected order even if it has already been submitted.
FurSIGHT currently supports payment methods that may include Cash on Delivery (COD), GCash, Maya, and card payments.
For digital payments such as GCash, Maya, and card payments, checkout may be processed through an external payment provider such as PayMongo. By choosing an online payment method, you agree that payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider and may also be subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.
We may cancel or suspend an order if payment fails, is cancelled, is flagged for verification, or is not completed successfully.
Orders placed through the platform are intended for delivery to the address you provide. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and ensuring that the recipient is available to receive the order when delivery is attempted.
Delivery timing may vary depending on branch processing, rider assignment, courier availability, location, weather, demand, and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee exact delivery times unless expressly stated.
If enabled on the platform, cancellation requests are subject to system rules and approval conditions. Cancellation may be limited to orders that are still in an early processing stage, may not be available for certain payment methods or order statuses, and may require you to provide a reason.
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean the cancellation is approved.
If exchange or return requests are available on the platform, they are subject to the applicable exchange or return policy and system rules. Requests may be limited by order status, request period, prior requests, product condition, and submission of supporting information or evidence.
You may be required to provide a reason and upload image or video evidence to support your exchange or return request. Approval of an exchange or return request is subject to verification and review.
If wholesale request or reward features are available, they are subject to branch review, product availability, reward eligibility, payment terms, and system rules. Submitting a wholesale request does not guarantee approval, pricing, stock reservation, delivery schedule, or credit terms unless confirmed by the branch.
Rewards, discounts, free shipping benefits, or other promos may be limited by eligibility, availability, branch rules, minimum order requirements, expiry, or system restrictions.
The platform may allow you to submit product reviews and branch ratings. By submitting a review, rating, comment, or feedback, you agree that your submission is truthful, based on genuine experience, and does not violate any law or third-party right.
We reserve the right to remove reviews or ratings that are fake, abusive, irrelevant, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.
Any content you submit through the platform, including reviews, ratings, comments, exchange or return explanations, uploaded evidence, wholesale notes, and support messages, must not contain false or misleading claims, violate another person’s rights, include unlawful or offensive material, or contain malicious code.
By submitting lawful content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use, store, display, reproduce, and process such content as needed to operate, improve, moderate, or support the platform and its services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the platform, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, provide false or misleading information, engage in suspicious or fraudulent activity, create legal or security risk, or if required by law.
All content and materials on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, layout, system features, software elements, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to FurSIGHT unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
The platform may use or link to third-party services, including Google sign-in, payment providers, delivery or mapping tools, and other external tools. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, security, policies, or content. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by separate terms.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data.
The platform and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by law. While we aim to keep the platform functional, secure, and accurate, we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or current.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, FurSIGHT and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, representatives, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, delayed or failed transactions, stock or pricing inaccuracies, payment gateway interruptions, delivery delays, loss of data, account access issues, or unauthorized access caused by failure to secure credentials.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FurSIGHT and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, your violation of these Terms, your unlawful submissions or activities, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on the platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after the updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
